By installing, copying, or otherwise using Unremembered (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable purchase price through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Allison’s Glossary grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Where you have purchased the Game on a platform that permits family sharing (Apple Family Sharing, Google Play Family Library), the license extends to family members in accordance with the platform’s terms.
You may not, and you may not permit any third party to:
You are welcome to record and stream Unremembered gameplay, monetize the resulting content on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch, and use short clips in reviews and editorials, provided that:
The Game and all intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including all art, music, sound, narrative, code, and trademarks, are owned by Allison’s Glossary or its licensors. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Game; it does not transfer ownership.
The “Cthulhu Mythos” and related Lovecraftian public-domain elements drawn upon by the Game are not subject to this clause.
Unremembered is a solo-developer indie game. Substantial portions of its art, music, and other media were generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools — primarily Flux 1 (image generation, fine-tuned with a custom LoRA), Suno (music), and ElevenLabs (narrator voice). All AI outputs were directed, curated, edited, and integrated by the developer. Allison’s Glossary represents that, to the best of its knowledge, no third-party intellectual property was misappropriated by the chosen AI tools’ training or output.
This disclosure is provided in accordance with platform store guidelines and emerging industry norms. Disclosure is not an admission of any defect.
Allison’s Glossary may issue patches, content updates, balance changes, and bug fixes from time to time. Such updates are part of the Game and continue to be governed by this Agreement.
If you receive the Game through Apple TestFlight, Google Play Beta, or another beta channel, you understand that the build is pre-release, may contain bugs, may corrupt save files, may be removed at any time, and may exhibit behavior that does not represent the final shipping product. Beta access does not guarantee future access to the released Game.
Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy at https://unremembered.pages.dev/legal/privacy-policy/, which is incorporated by reference.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under it will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall any installed copies.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLISON’S GLOSSARY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
You acknowledge that Unremembered is a single-developer indie title, that bugs may occur, and that save files may in rare cases be corrupted. Cloud sync, where enabled, mitigates but does not eliminate this risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ALLISON’S GLOSSARY, ITS OWNERS, OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF ALLISON’S GLOSSARY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ALLISON’S GLOSSARY’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (b) FIVE UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$5.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Refund requests are handled by the platform on which you purchased the Game (Apple App Store or Google Play), in accordance with that platform’s refund policy. Allison’s Glossary cannot independently process refunds.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides for greater rights.
Allison’s Glossary may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version is always available at https://unremembered.pages.dev/legal/eula/. Material changes will be surfaced via in-game notice on the next launch following the change. Continued use of the Game after a change constitutes acceptance.
